Checkout failed because the payment retry was never awaited. I reproduced it in a sandbox, patched it, and opened PR #512. The tests pass.

Sample session: the prompt “Checkout is failing on staging. Find out why and open a fix.” runs directory::search_functions, which finds five functions in 3 milliseconds. The harness then calls browser::navigate, sandbox::exec, router::chat, state::set and github::pr::create through iii, and replies: Checkout failed because the payment retry was never awaited. I reproduced it in a sandbox, patched it, and opened PR #512. The tests pass.
